Christina and Carsten have always built their businesses together, as equal partners. That included real estate, vacation rentals, property management and boating businesses in Southwest Florida.
Being involved in the day-to-day work taught both of us far more than any single job description could. Christina developed deep real-estate, transaction and client experience. Carsten often approached the same situation from the construction, technical, boating or practical side. When something did not fit the standard playbook, we worked through it together.
